Shopping and Shipping Terms + Conditions


Polli items will be generally shipped within 2 business days. Shipping times are indicative only and all shipping services are sent with Australia Post. Shipping is a flat rate per order irrespective of the number of items ordered and is based on your location (Australia or International) and the service required (Express or Standard). During sale periods, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.  

Be sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we can no alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if the incorrect address is returned to Poll studio marked as 'Return To Sender'. Polli cannot be held liable should you parcel be signed for once reaching its destination.

If a workplace/ or alternative place of address (different to the billing address) is selected as the shipping address for your Polli goodies, please ensure a nominated person is notified regarding the parcels arrival if you are not present for its delivery. Polli cannot be held liable should your parcel be signed for by a colleague or another party once reaching its destination. It cannot be deemed missing in the post once signed for upon delivery.

Orders are sent via our Byron Bay studio. The average shipping time from Byron Bay to Australian states is 3-5 business days for Express, and 5-10 business days for Standard.

All Polli products are made in Australia and can be shipped to most countries worldwide, including but not limited to: New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Scandinavia and France. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please email for confirmation. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control nor can we predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

To keep things simple we offer flat rate shipping for all our International orders.

  • International Post - $15
    Approx 10 - 15 business days depending on Country, allow 15-20 business days for EU.
    All international orders are sent with tracking.

Delivery is to the delivery address you nominate when placing you order. Risk and title of the goods are assigned to you upon delivery. 


Polli do not offer exchanges on jewellery products for change of mind purchases. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges on jewellery unless there is a fault - which we will happily offer a replacement product or repair.


We understand that purchasing clothing online can be tricky if you're unsure of your size. If the fit is not right we're happy to exchange clothing items, provided the clothing is in its original condition up to 14 days from delivery.

Polli cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.


You may return a full priced product that you have purchased if the product is faulty or different from how it was described or shown. Items cannot be refunded for any other reason. You must contact Polli prior to the return of such items to register your return and reason for return. Polli can be contacted at

Your original order number should be referenced with any returns. In the instance of a fault only, alternatively we can offer you an exchange to the same value or a credit note for a future order.


There is no return or exchange on sale items under any circumstances.

NOTE: During our sale events all sale items are will be packaged different to our standard full price items. They will be either tissue paper wrapped or placed into a drawstring bag.

Due to the large volume of orders placed during sale periods, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.


Polli will repair or replace all faulty items. We stand by the quality of our products so please contact us if you have found your item(s) are damaged or faulty.

Alas should your Polli goodies arrive damaged in the post - understanding of course the parcel was obviously too irresistible not to shake - we just ask if you could take a photograph showing the damage and email it to our customer support team at We'll get onto a replacement or refund right away.

Lost parcels, especially Polli goodies, are the worst! While every precaution is taken to eliminate the sad news of parcels going missing, unfortunately should your parcel go astray in the post, we do need to adhere to the Australia Post customer care terms. Contact our customer support team at with your name & the orders reference number so we can lodge an enquiry. A course of action will be taken based on the outcome given by Australia Post regarding the missing parcel. If applicable we will get onto a replacement order where possible or credit once the lodgement is finalised 


By placing an order on this website ( you are making an offer to purchase product at the price stated on the site. Your offer to purchase is accepted when your credit card is charged and an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email account confirming this.


When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST.

International orders, which are GST exempt, will have the tax adjusted accordingly at the checkout. Your credit card payment will automatically calculated and charged in Australian Dollars.

Credit card payments can be made by Mastercard or Visa only. Polli does not store credit card details after the transaction has been completed.

Polli also accepts payment via PayPal and Afterpay.


Polli reserves the right to cancel your order prior to payment being processed. You are not permitted to re-sell Polli products to a third party without prior written consent from Polli Design Pty Ltd.
