OK, this is seriously exciting and we've busting to share this with everyone...we have started an exciting collaboration with Melbourne paper cutting artist Emma van Leest!



We have been long time admirers of Emma's amazing work and now she's designed several exclusive paper cuts specially for Polli to translate into stainless steel. The pieces are amazingly intricate and feature whimsical scenes of high sea adventures to exoitic new lands with Royal Pineapples and the King Dodo.


Emma's work is shown in the John Buckley Gallery in Melbourne and soon the Tim Olsen Gallery in Sydney.

We just watched this gorgeous clip for the Sydney Opera House,  I think we also spotted some of Claudia's mum - Julie Lynch's - costumes back stage!

We took loose inspiration from the Opera House tiles for our SS Sail earrings.

On Tuesday Sherri made a delicious salad with egg and cheese in an effort to boost Tess' iron and B12 during pregnancy. Then Wednesday she made this delicious beetroot, spelt pasta and chickpea soup served with some fresh citrus to aid in iron absorption. Delicious and reminds me of one of my all time favourite jokes:

What's the difference between an egg and a beetroot?
You can beat an egg but you can't beat a root!

We were the lucky recipients today of signed copies of the Masterchef cookbook 'Your Place or Mine?' Gary and Matt have been wearing our cufflinks on the show so look closely at their hands as they're tasting the food!!!
