Emma van Leest giveaway

Polli Team - Thursday, October 20, 2011

Polli’s favourite paper cutting artist has given us some of her original artworks as prizes! Emma van Leest made these gorgeous paper cut pieces as part of a series which were then translated into a range of jewellery by the Polli designers.

The series explores the dreams of undiscovered paradises that motivated explorers to search for new worlds.

This is an amazing chance to win some original art to hang on in your home!

We have two prizes to giveaway. Each prize is an individually framed Emma van Leest paper cut artwork. To enter simply leave a comment on our giveaway blog post (that’s all!). We’ll pull the winners’ names out of a hat. Entries close Tuesday 25th October.

Good Luck!

The Polli team x

I'm totally in love with Polli. I recently ordered beautifully designed earring's and pendents as gifts, while I was at it, I got a couple of pairs for myself. I think it's awesome that Polli's unique jewelry looks stunning and has had limited impact on
our precious environment. I have reccomended Polli to everyone I know :)

I just went on the ship Young Endeavour (best time of my life! :D) and when i get back you have these beauties in your store! What a coincidence! They capture the wonder, adventure and all the fanciful notions i had whilst on the ship :)

My Polli earrings accompany me into every yoga class I teach. When my earrings go on I am dressed - whether it's trakkies or a pretty dress! Thanks for being my finishing touch.

i really enjoy emma's work - i saw a show almost ten years ago at bus projects, when it was on little lonsdale street. though the work is quite straight forward in terms of craftsmanship; something rare in a lot of contemporary art, i think the way that
emma's work relates to art history, the decorative arts and folk art is a lovely segue

The inspiration behind Emma's series of artwork is similar to The Dreamtime - the Aboriginal understanding of the world, of it's creation, and it's great stories.
