Sherri cooked up more delicious salads this week including this - Lentil as Anything - masterpiece.

If you'd like to try it here's what went into it:
3-4 sticks of celery, chopped
1 handful of mushrooms chopped
1 sprinkle of your favourite spices (Sherri loves Herbie's Spices)
1 drizzle of olive oil
saute these 4 ingredients, then add
4 cups of uncooked long grain brown rice + water to absorb
allow rice mix to cool then add
1 tin of lentils, drained
1 red capsicum, finely sliced
1/2 bunch fresh coriander, torn
1 bunch fresh dill, torn
2 handfuls of toasted almonds
1 lime, juiced
toss to combine

Serve with salad of green beans, peaches and watercress.

Feeds 8 hungry people!

Jasper has started solids now and was enjoying mashed banana while he eyed off Sherri's feast!
