Charcoal Lane is a beautiful restaurant, focusing on Australian produce with and Aboriginal influence. It is also a social enterprise program of Mission Australia, providing opportunities for Aboriginal and disadvantaged young people to transform through traineeships and apprenticeships within Charcoal Lane.

The ladies of Mr Lincoln operate their store balancing flamboyancy and sustainability. Kicking cellophane and nylon ribbon to the Kack Department, recyclable fabrics and cane pot plants take their place.
