Polli has always liked interesting street art, and UK illustrator Anna Garforth takes the prize of being the greenest. Above works using moss and recycled paper  instead of spray paint. Beautiful work.

Many communities have been devastated by the recent floods and much of Queensland is considered a disaster area.

The Polli team want to help and Polli has committed to donating 20% from every online sale until the end of January 2011 to the QLD Premier's Flood Relief Appeal.

Sherri's Simply the Watercress Salad

This is a delicious, fresh, fruity salad with a great mix of textures and tastes!

Mix the following together in a bowl so they can marinade while you prepare the watercress:
- 1 tin of mixed beans, drained and rinsed
- 2-3 pieces of stone fruit diced (we had yellow peaches and plumcots - the cross between a plum and an apricot!)
- 1 lebanese cumber diced with seeds removed
- 1 packed of goats feta, crumbled
- 1 handful of fresh mint, torn
- Fresh peach juice
- Fresh diced ginger
- Sherri (Sherry) vinegar
- generous drizzle of olive oil

Add 1 bunch of watercress and serve with soba noodles tossed in tamari. Enjoy!

We have been admiring the work of the French illustrator and textile designer Helene Druvet for some time now. We've just come across her new year message and are loving the little fox in this whimsical forest.



The illustrations translate into different products  - from paper to fabric lamps, tea towels, cushions, notebooks, carpets, umbrellas ... the list goes on! Her work results in an assemblage of colourful, quirky illustrations using drawings, text, a lot of imagination and a touch of fairy tale.
